Youth Programs :: Youth Activities for Scouts

Join Positive Energy Outdoor (ed)Ventures for a unique scouting experience. We offer kennel tours, day trip options or winter camping weekends that include dogsledding and horse drawn sleigh rides for scout groups. Take advantage of our cozy woodstove heated wall tent accomodation or our sleeping cabin.

Boy Scouts:
We offer instruction in 14 merit badges for Boy Scout Troops and Patrols for all levels, including training for adults. We can custom design programs for knot tying, plant identification and hiking for fulfillment of rank requirements. Instructors provide all elements of knowledge and activities. A limited amount of homework is needed for completion. Examples of homework assignments include observations in the woods, short reports and presentations to family, patrols and troop members.
