The Mushing Experience
Join us for a winter journey exploring the trails and lakes just 15 miles north of Duluth by dog team. You'll learn how to harness and hook up your team of friendly Alaskan Huskies, then head out for an exciting ride. Half day outings are a great introduction to mushing, while our full day trips include more instruction, additional time to drive the sled and a delicious hot lunch. Kids and families are welcome!
We also offer custom trips in the Boundary Waters and the Apostle Islands.
NEW!! Midweek (ed)Venture Evenings
Join us Monday through Thursday for an evening of great food and outdoor fun at the Positive Energy Kennel. Pack some warm clothes, drive 15 miles north of town, and enjoy a delicious supper followed by an exciting dogsled run or sleigh ride by moonlight. Optional wood stove heated wall tent or cozy cabin accommodation completes your evening as you fall asleep to the howling of our happy huskies. You’ll rise in time to return for work or other adventures.
